Since 2005 International Medical Doctors in Hamilton have received help from this program. Many who received this training are at this moment either practicing Medicine in Canada or preparing themselves for the interviews prior to starting residency. Presently we are located at 182 Rebecca St (corner of Ferguson St North) in the City of Hamilton, Ontario.

The Bridge Program for International Medical Doctors (IMDs) in Hamilton offers modules based on CanMED principles. The instruction is given by Physicians from Hamilton Health Sciences (HHS) and St.Joseph's Health Care.In addition, training is provided by specialists in communication and medical literacy skills.
The Bridge provides the opportunity for IMDs to interact with highly trained experienced simulated patients.Our program is specifically designed to offer a variety of scenarios for IMDs to familiarize themselves with a broad spectrum of environments and conditions within the Canadian context.
